Airpark Central transforms Singapore’s Paya Lebar Airport into a dynamic, sustainable urban community. The design preserves heritage by integrating existing structures with lightweight megastructures and introduces rainwater-harvesting systems and green-blue ecosystems to promote environmental harmony.

Public spaces, boardwalks, and community-centric landscapes encourage interaction and celebrate the connection between nature and urban infrastructure. By blending restoration with innovation, the project creates a vibrant hub where residents and visitors can gather, increasing awareness of sustainable living while honoring the site’s historical significance.
